We offer a range of clinical services designed to address a range of daily living and work issues. 

 

An employee assistance program helps your employees manage emotional health problems, marital/family concerns, grief, substance abuse and professional development issues through a variety of methods.

 

Clinical Counselling

 

Face-to-face and telephonic counselling is available to address such issues as:

 

  • Resolving relationship/marital problems

 

  • Coping with life changes

 

  • Dealing with family problems

 

  • Recovery from alcohol or drug abuse

 

  • Coping with stress/emotional distress

 

  • Solving other problems affecting employees and family members

 

Supervisory Consultation

 

Supervisors may contact the EAP to discuss their options in dealing with the management of employee's unsatisfactory job performance or observed emotional distress. 

 

Typically, after the problem is identified, the employee assistance professional and the supervisor will develop a plan of action which may include a supervisory referral for counselling.

 

Supervisory consultation supplements, but does not replace existing procedures for dealing with deteriorating or unsatisfactory job performance.
